Leibel Sternbach got his start in financial services in 2004 on the printing-and-mailing side, running marketing programs for IMOs and insurance marketers. It was a front-row seat to why most advisor marketing fails: a top producer's secret gets packaged into a "proven system," stripped of the context that made it work, and sold to everyone else — who then get blamed when it flops.
He spent years studying what successful advisors actually did, and turned it into the methodology in his book Authenticity — the same approach he uses in his own firm, and now the engine behind AdvisorWebinarSystem.
Along the way he helped build an RIA from zero to roughly $350M in AUM, served as CTO of a national fintech firm that grew into the billions in assets under advisement, and has trained advisors nationwide since 2007. He is the founder of Yields for You (2019), whose mission is to help a million people retire with financial security.
